The BQG Team at Miss Grand USA 2025
Beauty Queens Galore (BQG) was founded in 2020 by Kennedy Thomas — competitor, titleholder, and industry professional — after realizing there wasn’t an existing space that truly celebrated beauty in all its forms. What began as an Instagram page reposting the stories and images Kennedy wanted to see more of — from disabled queens, transgender queens, plus-size queens, women of color, and women across the world to underrepresented industry experts often overlooked as the “underdogs” — quickly grew into something much larger.
Built on the belief that beauty is not one standard, BQG evolved from a simple blog into a trusted pageant resource, spotlighting titleholders, industry leaders, and behind-the-scenes voices while staying connected to the real experiences of queens from first-time contestants to international competitors. The vision expanded further with the launch of BQG Prom & Pageant, a formalwear boutique in Fayetteville, GA, making BQG a full-circle platform that not only shares tips and stories but also provides gowns, styling, and inspiration to help contestants shine.
Today, BQG is both a leading pageant resource and a community advocate, dedicated to diversity, inclusion, and amplifying underrepresented voices. Through live interviews, expert features, and fashion-forward inspiration, BQG continues to redefine pageantry — not as competition alone, but as a platform for confidence, leadership, and purpose.
